To Dear Admin,
At 00:03 you can see the guy with ID 95752 Gave me demands to leave so I had my reason to open fire at him, but at 00:07 he Hit me with his car (VDM) intentionally and took advantage of as when he hit me with his car I fell down and he didnt gave me chance to shoot him and he shoot me while I was getting up. then at 00:38 when I said it in NON-RP chat which is totally OOC as I cant talk when unconsious ICLY, he started talking with me In IC Voice instead of non rp chat and here he did Fail-RP as he was talking with a death person plus also repling non rp answer to rp answer which is also mixing
