1. Leader of...LifeInvader
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to bring positive changes to the organization. While we cherish the fun side of our organization, it's equally crucial to ensure that we maintain a level-headed and reason-driven approach as a private org. We can strike a balance between enjoyment and productivity. Things have been too lenient just because it is a private org, I want to bring employees closer but instead of being strict and giving threats, I would like to do it through proper meetings and RP.
My primary goal is to make sure our curators are happy by ensuring that we follow all the rules. I firmly believe that happy curators are the key to a successful organization. During my term, I plan to set a new standard by hosting high-quality events that are accessible to most of the community so that everybody can participate. It's crucial that we handle ads promptly to prevent any complaints from arising. I also want to keep our content centered around engaging RP storylines as much as possible. To create a truly 24/7 active organization, I'll be recruiting employees from different time zones. Additionally, I'm focused on building a strong and sustainable organizational structure that can withstand the challenges of many future terms, effectively future-proofing our organization.
I'm determined to show all our employees, especially newcomers, that LifeInvader is more than just about making money on Ads. We've earned a reputation for being the go-to place for money in Ads, but there's so much more to explore within our organization. In the Creative department, we can show our employees that it's not hard work by making proper instruction videos and templates. Putting out your first project and seeing it succeed would definitely give them confidence in themselves like it did for me. Journalism, on the other hand, offers a thrilling and rewarding experience. Interacting with LEOs and citizens, going on adrenaline-pumping journeys in the ghetto to find the truth, and delivering the news to our citizens through CNN – it's an adventure worth experiencing. The Events team also brings immense joy by hosting and participating in events, making sure everyone has a blast. And, let's not forget Ads; we can elevate the entry process to ensure our members understand and learn from their mistakes, setting them up for success.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First I would like to have our Journalism team be in contact with other state orgs. There they would have a small talk explaining their job and giving out their phone number to stay connected with all org members. Other orgs could call us to promote their special operation or robberies to promote their workplace to the citizens. That's how I've been doing Journalism and it paid off as I got a lot of contacts and got a lot of stories to write in the CNN.
With regular news updates on CNN about the city, LEOs, bandits and even citizens will be anticipated to check it out, to maybe see themselves or their family/friends on the news article. That's why I want to develop the journalism team so that they are active and in contact so that we can get stories back to back and our creative team can publish them as fast as possible so that people don't need to wait. I am sure it will bring more traffic and conversation about CNN.
This is something I would like to accomplish in my term and that is a fun TV reality show that would come out one or two episodes per week depending on the size and nature of the show. I want to bring more roleplay as a media organization and hire actors/actresses, producers, directors, and writers to make a show interesting enough for people to anticipate. Putting more emphasis on the creative team, I would show appreciation for their work while also making a training document with templates and instructions so that even beginners can start making them with confidence.
What I bring is emotional maturity, proper etiquette expected from employees of a famous organization, and a selection of high commands who will cooperate and work together with other teams while also managing their departments. I still have experience managing departments and operations in my previous organizations and I've already done everything that LifeInvader has to provide. As the current C.O.O I've looked through every backend work we need to do and I am fully confident I can do it perfectly.
For the events team, I would like to have our high commands brainstorming ideas to host a unique but community-friendly event where people don't have to adjust to the events but the event would be catered to them so that anybody can join. I would like to make the event and the hosting a good experience for anybody who participates so that the community knows that LifeInvader events are fun and rewarding and they will have a good experience there regardless of their chance to win.
For the Ads team, I would like to hire from every time zone (obviously) while making sure all other department members know how to edit ads. Subsequently, I would like to show all the Ads team members how to have fun with other teams like Events, Journalism, and Creative so that they can join any other team they are suited to and have a better experience with their time. I would make sure to have enough employees to cover any rush of ads. I would like to change the ads test so that it has all the problems expected for an Ads team member to face and make mistakes so that everybody has a real experience of facing all problems before starting their job.
Under my command, there will be no favoritism. People who work hard will be rewarded accordingly and vice versa. Human Resources and Department Directors will need to take a meeting twice every week to discuss each employee so that employees feel like their hard work is noticed and rewarded. Making employees who are working hard happy will be my first priority. I won't allow any type of misbehaving or internal politics between people who hate or any type of rule-breaking and I would like to put a bedrock of good rules so that in the future we don't see any fights break out or people leaving due to hatred and argument of them or others.
I have a team of very experienced roleplayers who are happy to help me with my cause. Together with all the friends I've made in my time at LifeInvader, I am more than confident that our organization will be running smoothly. We have faced many difficulties and stress in other organizations before and we were able to solve them with teamwork and dedication which gave me the confidence to apply for the leader.
Finally, I would like to say that a new face might bring a new environment to the organization. Working in LifeInvader has been nothing but fun unlike any other organization that I've joined or seen and I want to show joy to everybody who wants to join.
