Life Story-
Kds born in 24 March 1995 in London. Kds father’s work in police department as a chief of police and his mother is a politician. KDS belong to a rich family of London. Kds father is a police chief so he help his wife to win election, kds mother easily win election because his father’s support. Opposition party doesn’t with kds mother’s election win so decide to kill kds parents and he hired some shooters for that. One day kds going to his aunt’s house then shooters attack on his house killed is parents. After his parent’s death kds decide to take revenge from his parent’s murderers. Kds shift to USA to become capable to take revenge.
Career Story-
In starting he join gangs to understand the city and city rules after that he join SAHP as a trooper after 6 months he become high command because of his good work then decide to join FIB and he joined as a high command when FIB disbanded he join NG, EMS and GOV as a high command but he left these orgs in few-few months. Then he decide to join LSPD to become a police chief like his father because he have a good past experience so directly get hired. After doing hard work in LSPD now he become a Chief Of Staff and he did more hard work to become Chief Of Police.
Outcome-

3. Kds can kill 10-15 on/off duty for not listening. (No RDM)
