Rejected Abusing in Admin mode and Biased ban. | Sam_DeaconStJohn

Recently i was banned for OOC parent insulting for 60 Days (3.2 Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.) I made an appeal (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/4699/) which was falsly Replied/looked into as the reply was it would be unjustice to other players RPing. however, the ban was an unjustice to me as the General rule 3.2 says that Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban UPTO 7 days. The max ban days is limited to 7 days however the ban was for 60 days and even though i didnt went into all detail or went too much brutual. for a 10min RP scenario in which the insults were less thn 2 mins 60 days ban is way too much I please want any higher ups to look into the case as its affecting my away time and i VERY MUCH loved to RP and enjoy in GRP. and in my 2 years+ RP experience i never got banned, warned or anything. this is my first time so please take that in consideration too. The ban is way too much for my first time while the mistake is just simple abusing for a minute. still im extremely sorry about everything. and i am saying the ban was biased because Sam_DeaconStJohn after the whole scenario before i was banned. TP'd to his friends who were discussing about the situation. and one of his friends said that i said " i dont care if i get demorganed for 2 hours" which i clearly didnt say and the whole proof is in their POV and mine too. and as soon as his friends say that. he starts abuseing as " 2 hours i will ban that sisterfucker for 400years" as he clearly didnt knew the whole situation he quickly came in his frnds call and just said this. and when my frnd (recording POV) says respectfully that if hes also shit talking over here as he is in admin mode he can report the admin. and as he said it respect fully admin goes into rage mode and says " bro what the fuck are you talking about bro did i say something abusive to you, I dont even know you" and as he was supporting his friends they also support him saying " yes hes saying right we have the POV " sadly the shadow play was of 10 mins limit ( i trimmed out the rest which was not related to this ). and Surely Enough Sam was the one who banned me for 60 days for violating general rule 3.2 (Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.) and even after appealing that im sorry for whatever happened and all im ready to apologize to each and everyone he replies 48 hrs late to the thread that too without proper consideration. and can a higher up please look again at appeal thread 4699. thanks.

People who have 2+ years rp experience will never threaten anyone or abuse anyone saying ill rape your mother.

Honestly, that was me being sarcastic with my friend, which wasn't directed to anyone other than my friend. If you can't handle sarcasm, you are not mature enough.
