Mr Jonathan Thomas claims that he cannot hear admin talking which was clear at the minute 0:58 in pov provided
Also confirming the insult when the driver asked him at 1:02.
However, if its not really clear what the administrator said, u can check his proper pov of the situation.

Rejected. Clearly on 0:58 it does not show that the microphone of administrator is switched on+ administrator does not need pov in this situation as he did not punished anyone. You are the one who needs to provide proof and here it is insufficient
