Born in Ghetto Kakashi belonged to a middle class family and lived with his parents in 2BHK apartment and Grew up being around Gangster and started working with them at a small age and learnt alot of things like shooting ,escaping from cops etc.....When he became 20 His parents forced him to leave criminal world and work as a policeman in LSPD after interview and Training he became LSPD officer and by working hard climbed to Chief of Staff Rank and with his experiences he became 14th Chief of Police and after his services he left for some vacations,comming back after 3 months he found out that one of his enemies defamed him and killed his family&friends, He made up his mind to take revenge and joined gov with rank of Minister of HLS now hes seeking for his revenge!
OUTCOME
1) Kakashi Has Secret Bodycam Which Records 24/7 even while on/off duty both.
2) Kakashi keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
3) Kakashi brings his ID everywhere to help him get out of criminal activities.
4) Kakashi can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
5) Kakashi can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Not org weapons and ammunation)
