idk which one of em took my dept since they where both standing next to me its either ID: 108329 or ID: 113046 im more sure its the 113046 since he didnt speak at any given point while being there. They had the dept collector truck parked under the bridge also for me not to see them not sure if that would be considered ub as well, sadly did not get his id.
