1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department.
2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 During my early days in the city LSPD was my first organisation I had ever joined under Mighty Gin's term after some time I eventually reached Supervisor of Human Resources and before I knew it I was DHOD of HR in FIB and shortly after Sbeecha Volkov's 2nd term ended, I moved back to LSPD and was given the rank of DHOD Of Human Resources and S.W.A.T shortly after I eventually became HOD Of Human Resources in Tommy Slater's term but after his term I returned to FIB and was given Black Ops Agent 2 and a week later was promoted to "Secret Agent" and not even 3 days later I was given Supervisor of Spec Ops.
2.2 I aim to have have joint operations with other legal organisations such as SAHP with towing working together keeping the streets clean, I will have my S.W.A.T department work closely with SAHP's S.W.A.T department and FIB's Spec Ops department in our jurisdictions and store robberies creating special tactics to prevent as many as possible and lastly NG working very closely with them providing assistance preventing raids.
2.3 Overall I aim for a welcoming, fun and enjoyable organisation that officers have a fun time in, civilians can relie on.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?
3.1 Improving radio calls by implementing badge numbers once again.
3.2 Having daily meetings in the meeting room to collect people's suggestions on improving the organisation or hosting promotion ceremonies weekly
3.3 Creating break time, a time for officers to relax after a patrol and catch up with other officers and form friendships in the organisation.
Cross organisation relations:
FIB - We will have our S.W.A.T department work closely with them assisting them in gang raids or black market raids.
SAHP - As they are the only org with tow trucks we will work closely with their towie's to keep the streets and highways clean.
NG - We will work together at all times providing them with assistance in attacks on the base.
EMS - Officers will check around the Pill Box Hospital area often towing illegally parked cars or even just checking up on them making sure they are doing well.
GOV - Helping them out with there daily encashments and providing protection at PR events where the Governor is present.
Departments:
Human Resources & Training (HRT) - They will provide training to new officers and recruiting officers
S.W.A.T - This will be a elite group working closely with FIB's Spec Ops creating special plans and tactics during events and raids
Undercover - This group with also work closely with FIB's Undercover department helping out each other, busting criminals etc.
Internal affairs ( IA) These guys will look into possible law breaks officers do and fight corruption preventing all corruption as possible it will NOT be tolerated.
Public Relations (PR) They will host fun events daily for citizens forming a good relationships with them.
