Dear Lebron/Sam sir in this forum I complained about RDM but the I'd was not visible but the person who broke the rule was present in the forum he replied so I think it I should be accepted if not the reason should not be ID [my opinion]

Rejected. After checking evidence administrator replied correctly to report and we do not punish if there is no id visible
