requesting ID 1136 provide POV of the moment LSPD entered DOC, they have 4 hours to do so​

the thing is 94478 cam to DOC for name change IDK with whom, and when I took him from gate to inside to change his name. and when I was taking him outside He said (Can you uncuff me my friend is waiting in police car, Its in the video). and them the ID 102784 took him in car and went away, and yes I dont have the cam of the entry of the LSPD officer cause I just came to onduty on that time. i have the Bodycam where ID 102784 said his HC told him to take this civilian to DOC to change his name. if you want I can provide. an LSPD using cars for taxi, which is forbidden.

I am glad that i didnt have these type of officers in my term.
btw just a suggestion u can ask for pov of id 102784 as she was on duty and main question is how does id 94478 know that his friend is waiting outside ,while he is in cuffs.

since you mentioned ID 102784 was ordered by HC to escort ID 94478 to DOC for name change then it's not 5.11
5.11 clearly states ; employees cannot use official vehicles for PERSONAL use.​
