masta said ID 102784 was following HC order to take that person to doc and take him out with escort which is invalid, you can come to doc by personal car and make a 911 call a LEO or DOC officer to change name, and here LSPD Giving taxi service to person to change name, and if Im not wrong you cant take civilian in car and help him to do his work, you can take civilian in car if he is hostage and you need to drop him in Hospital. You cant just give lift for name change thing, its not professional work to give a lift to a citizen to doc and taking back to city with lspd car. After re-checking administrator got punished based on the evidence which I checked in complaint and logs as well. Pov is not full from your side and does not show start of situation+ when you brought him inside to change name based on your own words which you said in complaint
