1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department.

2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 I have gained a lot of experience that will help me lead LSPD and improve it. I have experience in every LEO, I was a Chief of IA/HWP/SWAT in SAHP, DHOD of IA in LSPD, Field Agent in FIB, LS in DOJ/GOV, and Specialist II in NG

2.2 I believe that my experience as an HC in LSPD and SAHP is valuable because it helps me understand the duty of being an HC. I was mainly HC in IA which will help me lead LSPD because the IA department gave me the experience to hand out the correct and deserved punishments to people who were not doing what they were told, the IA department also taught me to have a good work ethic and sense of justice.

2.3 I want to be the leader of LSPD to make LSPD entertaining, interesting, pleasing, intriguing, and engaging.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Make sure to use proper RP Commands. /me is used for the use of perspective first person, ex: /me turns on bodycam.
/do is used to describe the state of your character and objects around you, e.g.: /do starts recording.
/try is used when there are several results in a situation, ex: an officer has placed a 10-15 in handcuffs and wants to confiscate his lock picks, mobile phone, and 2-way radio, he would use the command /try take away lock picks, mobile phone, and 2 way radio (2 try per situation).

3.2 RP will be improved by the improved and respective departments in LSPD by setting daily and weekly goals for each and there will be a goal that each department must reach by the end of the term.

3.2.1 IA (Internal Affairs), IA will be the department that will handle problems within the police department such as any rule breaks. This department will also be conducting regular bodycam and activity checks. This will ensure that LSPD officers are doing their job correctly and professionally. The Internal Affairs department is for those who want to make sure that LSPD is at its best. I will improve this department by making sure IA conducts weekly reports on every department and what they have accomplished.

3.2.2 HRT (Human Resources and Training), The HRT department will specialize in hiring and training officers. This department will make sure to interview and ask questions to see if someone is fit for the LSPD and they will receive training by completing phases. Phase 1 will be a tour of the LSPD, an explanation of how to do an arrest, what loadout and outfit they will be given, and what they must do to complete their phase 2 training. Phase 2 will be to make an arrest the right way, the arresting officer can only make 2 minor mistakes during the arrest, or else he will not pass and he cannot make major mistakes like forgetting to read Miranda rights or automatic fail. Phase 3 will be to attend an event and listen properly to all HC orders. I will improve this department by having weekly meetings with the Highest Command of the department making sure they have not forgotten to do anything and keeping things in order.

3.2.3 UC (Undercover), The undercover department will be a department filled with talented and stealthy people who will act like civilians and acquire evidence without blowing their cover. This department will also be working with other UC departments from other org to help better its knowledge and understanding. I will improve this department by exploring new tactics to get evidence without getting caught and implementing a new way to upload bodycams as fast as possible and ensure the evidence is valid.

3.2.4 S.W.A.T (Special weapons and tactics), This department will only be for the most brilliant of shooters and planners. For those who want to be part of a team who are highly intelligent and highly capable marksmen, this department will be at the front lines of every situation and will ensure that the situation is neutralized and secure. I will improve this department by making sure it does weekly training sessions, e.g.: what to do in a hostage situation, store robbery, ATM robbery, how to formulate a plan, how to make quick and important decisions in a matter of seconds, etc.

3.2.5 Traffic enforcement, This department will be making sure the streets are kept clean, help SAHP conduct their border checkpoints and ensure that units are towing daily. This will not only help our officers get familiar with traffic codes but also prevent lawsuits or similar issues. Traffic enforcement is also there to educate the citizens to not make similar mistakes and to stay safe out in the city.

3.2.6 PR (Public Relations) Public relations will be one of the most important departments out there, this department will be there for citizens to show that we can and will protect their city and that they can depend on us. It is also a fun way for citizens to connect with police officers and see that we also have a fun and compassionate side. This department will host events for citizens to win some major cash prizes. I will improve this department by coming up with new and fun ideas for events to do.

In summary, I believe if chosen to be the leader of LSPD, I will improve RP standards, keep the city clean, and ensure that LSPD stays a fun yet dedicated organization to be part of.
