in this video its clearly visible me and this civilian coming out after name change and this civilian said(sir please uncuff me my friend is waiting in police car) and then the civilian said lets go luna, and then the officer took him away with Official car. and taking civilian friends in official car is breaking SR 5.11 .

Arthur Mack let me explain you everything. I was giving training to one of my junior officers as you can see him in the car besides me and that person whom I took at DOC with org vehicle it was ordered by my HC because that person wants to join the org. That's why I took that person into my car to DOC and you can check the ID right now he is working as a LSPD officer. And it was not an event or like a very serious matter so I doesn't have my Bodycam of that time. As per the server rules he must have to save our Bodycam only for the special events and special operations like this for 48 hours. So if you think I was using org vehicle for personal use you can punish me.

You can see this photo after we left the DOC that guy Thakur Royal (ID 94478) is now in LSPD. On the basis on the video of Ruu you can see there was another officer whose name is Shaurya Xoxo (ID 85297) in the car at the time when we were at DOC he was trainee. And in this photo this guy Thakur Royal is trainee. So maybe now it's clear to you Arthur Mack and Aditya Gupta that I was not using org vehicle for personal use.

Its not org responsibility to give lift to DOC to change their name its their own responsibility. State rule 5:11 is not little things. At the first you need to show respect to State rule. Moreover, you was giving training and your bodycam was off, Seriously? Also when Mehbub was leader we got warring for same thing. So its clearly you break 5:11.Now it's up to respectable admin.​

I was the former Deputy Chief Of Police, during Mehbub Term's, so I was in the city all the time. I know very well that this had never happened during our Term, once a new officer did this and our organization was also given a verbal warning and it was immediately,

LSPD Officer's start the Taxi Services? is a orginization? or taxi stand ?

(State Rule is 5.11) LSPD/FIB/SAHP/NG /GOV/EMS personnel cannot use official vehicles for personal use. ,(Verbal Warning.)

This rule is broken, that simple. And if action is not taken on this situation this time, it would mean that we had deliberately received the warning at the desired time.

Mr Matt and Luna that person was civilian on that time you gave lift to a civilian even if he was offduty officer you cant give lift to offduty officers, its not your official work to give lift to civilian or a Off duty officers. you can only give a lift to hostage to hospital , and here you are taking civilian to doc and taking people to city from doc with official cars. I never saw any LEOs like that doing so much for civilian to take him in ORG, if a person has CS I heard LEOs say (you have criminal structure you cant join please go change your name or clean CS first).

In my term I never give lift to civilian in org vehicle and I am sure no other officer from my term did it also. When I was chief of police all my officers including me we use to say "go and change you name" so they go by themselves and change their name. So stop lying about that my friend and please do not make false allegations.
