1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
-I've been actively involved in Grand RP for nearly a year, exploring various organizations and achieving significant roles within some of them. My time here has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the server rules and the dynamics of the community. Now, I believe I can contribute more effectively by taking on the role of an admin. While I value my RP experiences, I see this as an opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience and bring additional value to the server by ensuring its smooth operation and fostering a positive gaming environment.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime and State)
-HighCommand in Families.
-HighCommand in Bloods.

3. What are your strengths?
-I'm really good at leading and helping people get along when there are problems. I can understand what's going on and make things fair for everyone. I'm also good at solving issues and always work hard to keep things positive. Following the rules and doing what's right is important to me, so I'd be a good fit for this role.
4. What are your weaknesses?
-I sometimes get easily frustrated and use harsh words when things don't go well. I've also let my feelings guide my decisions instead of thinking things through. I know I need to be more patient and choose my words carefully, especially when things are tough. I'm working on controlling my temper and thinking before reacting to become better at handling situations.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
-I can bring my knowledge of the server rules, the experience I gained from different groups, whether they followed the rules or not, and my leadership skills and helpful nature to the admin team. This means I can help make sure everyone plays by the rules, guide others, and be a positive force in the community.
