Waya Blossom's story begins in the bustling streets of Mexico, where she was born into a family with deep-rooted connections to organized crime, Waya's journey into the world of law enforcement was anything but ordinary. Growing up, Waya was exposed to a world where criminal activities were the norm and that you should not trust anyone but family. Her family's illicit operations provided her with a unique education in the ways of corruption, secrecy, and power. She learned to navigate the dark underbelly of society from a young age, mastering the art of manipulation and deceit.
Career Story:
Waya's destined life took an unexpected turn when she decided to join SAHP. Wanting to change her ways, Waya decided to put everything she had learned from her upbringing into her new career. Starting out as a trainee, Waya began to work through the ranks gaining trust, respect and confidence from her High commands and colleagues. Through her hard work, Waya eventually obtained a High ranking position. Everything seemed to be going perfect or so she thought..
With Waya’s new role came new responsibilities and deeper knowledge into the background of SAHP and how their true feelings towards gangs and their affiliates showed. Waya began to notice the unfair and stereotypical treatment from SAHP to her family members and friends. Waya began to feel torn between what she was taught as a child vs her duty as an LEO. As she tried to mend a bridge between both of her worlds, everything suddenly changed when her family was framed for a mass drug trafficking scheme. A massive shoot out erupted between her family and her fellow colleagues. As Waya tried to defend her families innocence, SAHP took no regard or concern of her words resulting in the death of her mother and father.
Mourning her parents death, Waya began to feel betrayed and hopeless in the justice system. Destined to avenge her family name, Waya began to embrace a double existence and collide both her worlds into one. In daylight hours, she persevered as a committed officer, unwavering in her mission to safeguard lives. Yet, under the veil of night, she morphed into a vigilante, harnessing her exceptional abilities and expertise to mete out justice when the established system faltered.
Outcomes:
1. Waya may engage in any unlawful activities both on and off duty. (This includes ghetto killing off-duty, robbing people off-duty, but not any directly towards other law enforcement officers)
2. Waya’s belief in the shortcomings of the justice system has led her to disregard state laws, whether she is on or off duty. (This extends to various legal regulations, such as CCOP, firearm laws, the Penal Code, and procedures related to detention and arrest)
3. Waya perceives the system as inherently flawed and biased, allowing her to engage in actions like detainment (up to 25 minutes), torture, interrogation, and even kill. (Aligning with server rules and has a role-play justification)
4. Waya may either reduce sentences and fines for minor offenses or exaggerate them to exorbitant amounts. (Up to an extra 100,000 in fines)
5. Waya’s pursuit to redemption leads her to see value in liberating 10-15’s prison sentences. She may attempt to break any such prisoners out of the Department of Corrections using the darknet (limited to one per day)
