2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1, I have been in all the LEO orgs for a year and I had been in high command for more than a year, but for some unknown reason, the leaders or HCs hesitated to give me and some guys HCs. I promise in my application that I will change that.
In EN1 I have worked for 13 terms and I possessed great RP and i am working as FIB Elite Agent.
I used to work in HR, SWAT
I know how each orgs work in its own way since I have been in all the LEO orgs.
In this way, I worked in all three major legal orgs and in criminal orgs and now I know how things work in these orgs. In the situation of a store robbery, hostage situation, etc., I can think from the perspective of both sides. I feel it's the perfect time for me to apply for the leader of the most reputed LEO org in the city.
I assure that under my reign, the org will be the best of all terms the orgs had been to this day.
2, The major issue in every org is the ranking system. In the way I make the ranking system, I will make it hard for employees to get a HC rank. Only the deserved ones will get them.
3, Under my reign, LSPD will be safe and no threat will be from LSPD to another org, to citizens or the orgs itself.
3. Your pieces of advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
If the employees work, they will be granted with rewarded. And make the game like it is a real life scenario.
What should LEOs do?
Respond to emergency calls
Respond to ATM Robberies
Collect pieces of evidence against those who break the peace of the state
Be polite and obedient to others disregarding their ranks and position
Show no favoritism to anyone
For those who work hard, and deserve rewards, it will be given.
And one more thing I would like to say is now I am free for a month and not having anything further to do unless there comes some emergency.
