Born in Vinewood Nameless belonged to a middle class family and grew up in Ghetto with gangsters after moving in because of financial issues....while being with gang members he learnt a lot about shooting and drugs and mafia etc...When he became 18 year old then he decided to work for LSPD and joined LSPD as Patrol officer and worked hard and got Rank-up to Chief of Staff in Vincent Vega's term...then after that he went on a vacation and came back he found out some of his friend killed his family members because of bribery and corruption..so he decided to become chief and take revenge from them..after that one of his best friend got him So he came back and his friend jhony vercetti got leadership and invited him to have fun and help him run FIB.
OUTCOME
1) NamelessDartt Has Secret Bodycam Which Records 24/7 even while on/off duty both.
2) NamelessDartt keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
3) NamelessDartt brings his ID everywhere to help him get out of criminal activities.
4) NamelessDartt can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
5) NamelessDartt can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Not org weapons and ammunation)
6) NamelessDartt can pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market.
