I reported this guy ID (96425) for violating GR 6.17, so it's obvious this guy is using 3rd party software. Because it says "Recorded with iTop Screen Recorder" in the middle of the screen, and even though it is a watermark, it admits that it recorded with this third party software program. According to the rules, it is prohibited to do this and it is a 30-day ban reason, I want it to be re-view.

As I can see the person is using a screen recorder which shows a watermark in middle of screen and there is nothing wrong in it as long as it's not hiding any overlays.
