https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/493459/#post-1797211 i got warn for rdm but i didnt do any rdm as you can see in my pov the guys had a illegal vest when he was on foot he was asking " hit me hit me" and i wasnt able to understand him and warned him to remove the vest and he got in the car and tried to escape from rp and to stop him i shot him. This happens 100 percent all the time with every LEO that people dont wanna rp properly and just want to escape every situation and when we start giving 5 second warning they get kilometers away from us and we are not able to catch them

I don`t think his vest was illegal, because it does not belong to any organisation, so you did RDM.
