RDM Killed me in front of my family house after i told him leave please

Hi it was me, I was actually on my way leaving when you said its your family house but you suddenly pulled out your gun for no reason therefore I was forced you detain/arrest you as a FIB employee. If you look at the clip closely, I didn't even shoot you straight away, I gave you demands to surrender but you didn't comply and tried running away which allows me to take you down which I did .
