Leader of LSPD
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - I have been a LEO for a year gaining experience in multiple orgs from NG, SAHP, LSPD, FIB even GOV. I have done it all. I have gained experience from working in different orgs and by tackling different situations and seeing different situations seeing and learning from other leaders how they tackle situations from just a hostage situation to inner org conflicts I believe I am ready to be leader now.
2 - I always wanted to be leader of LEO org in this city that is one of my goals in this city. Now I have gained enough experience in city as well HC experience in multiple orgs I believe I stand ready to tackle the challenges faced by the leader of LSPD. (edited)
3 - From last few terms LSPD have been in trouble if I become the leader I am gonna do my best I know there will be times when things will look down for us but I am gonna try my best to make the org great again and make it reach or at least try to reach the level of Mighty Gin, Jessica term days. I believe with my knowledge and my team knowledge of this city and LEO orgs we can bring back LSPD golden days.
Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
I have great amount of plans on improving role play for the org after gathering enough experience from different org I will try to implement more use of /me and /do commands. I have plans to implement things for different departments of LSPD.
SWAT: SWAT will hold cross training with different orgs FIB, SAHP and NG to perform better in different situations.
HRT: HRT will do trainings and will hire people and after hiring and promoting people they have to do /me commands of taking old badge and giving new badge. I will also like to talk with different orgs to have HRT meetings with SAHP so training structure of SAHP and LSPD is like same with little bit of changes. To help improve connections between orgs and when people transfer to SAHP to LSPD or leave LSPD to join SAHP they know basic structure how SAHP or LSPD works.
IA: IA will do internal investigations on LSPD units to find corrupt cop. IA will be checking people for promotions so that people who are constantly making mistakes or are not good are not getting promoted. IA will also send email to employees using computers in LSPD HQ and then will request bodycam in the officers logs.
DA: DA will fight cases for LSPD. DA will also hold trainings for HRT and officers to update them about the legislation and inform officers what they are doing wrong and what they could do to make it right. DA will also work with IA to fight corruption in LSPD.
Parking Enforcement Department: This department will work on towing cars giving fines and putting speed cameras on different spots in city. Their main goal is to control the traffic in city and make it clean.
UC: UC department will work with FIB to collect evidence, bust people and try to destroy cannabis. I will also get in touch with LI to make a section in LSPD emails where LI can put ads of people selling illegal stuff and our UC department will check those ads to bust people.
PR: PR will handle events and public reputation of LSPD. PR will not only do events for citizens but will also do events for LSPD officers. PR will also get in touch with LI when they are doing events so LI could cover our events creating more RP for them and for us as well.
I will also get in touch with Governor so during time of need if GOV don't have much USSS agents to provide security to VIPs. LSPD will send their officers and SWAT units to escort the VIPs. We will also hold joint patrols with SAHP, FIB and especially NG so NG have fun activities to do while their is no raid so NG is not only doing gate duty but having fun and learning new things while patrolling and during the off gate duty time NG can have activities to do with LSPD. I will also get in touch with LI to provide security to them while they do their Talent show and other events. I will also get in contact with EMS to provide weekly background checks on doctors.
