Dear Chief Administration,
I am writing to appeal a recent ban imposed on my account for violating Rule 6.8
I would like to provide some context to the incident in question and explain why I believe the ban is unjust and should be reconsidered.
Firstly, it is crucial to note that the individual with ID 87304 was previously a member of my in-game family. However, he was removed from our family due to his inappropriate behavior, harassment, and involvement in scams targeting our family members. Furthermore, he had previously killed both me and a friend within the green zone border, My friend was in his deb collecting vehicle. After the initial encounter, he proceeded to drop my friend from deb collector vehicle and killed both me and my friend in the same location. In adherence to the server's NLR (New Life Rule), my friend and I waited for the requisite 10-15 minutes before returning to the same location.
Upon our return, we found ID 87304 was lying unconscious at the exact location where we had previously been killed.
I punch him when he was unconscious, but I did not engage in any further actions. His decision was motivated by the previous encounters with me.
I am willing to provide any additional evidence or context, including the full 40 minutes of bodycam footage from my perspective, if it would assist in your investigation and decision-making process.
Additionally, I respectfully request access to the full 20 minutes of bodycam footage from the individual with ID 87304 for a comprehensive understanding of the situation.
