We killed the incoming person in the rp situation. And 15 minutes later he came back. He came there on purpose, to take revenge on us by turning on the videotape beforehand.

In the video I posted, you can tell from the time he died and the time he came back.


And I guess he doesn't know that he can't come for 15 minutes.

hollo thank you for taking the time to make the report i understand that he broke the NLR rule of not returning within 15 mins but the fact that you still took it upon your self to Death Match him without issuing demands is still breaking the rules
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

if another player violates the rules the correct course of action would be to report that person on the forum i feel the punishment has been issued correctly in this situation.

Thank you. I'm waiting for a senior manager. I killed him for breaking that rule. If I hadn't killed him he would have killed us. We were doing rp status there. He told us to shoot at me. I have a video recording of him saying this. He always wanted to spoil the rp.
