Story : Evan was born in ghetto Rancho he was from a poor family so he always wished and wanted to work hard to become rich, growing up in ghetto Rancho he have seen a lot of criminal activities. at the age of 10 a guy from a gang asked him to join the gang and to learn if he want to make money, the gangsters were rich enough for the ghetto areas. 10 year old Evan got influenced by them and did whatever they told him to do. after few year when Evan was a teenager he was making good ammount of money but he was not satisfied because he didnt wanted to kill/rob people light that anymore, he decided to move out of ghetto, leave the gang and to settle down somewhere else with good reputation. he didnt told his plan to anyone and left with no clues. Evan was 17 he had no idea what to do, noone was ready to help him or to give him any job. one day a police officer while patroling saw Evan walking at late night on the street, Evan got scared because he has always have been doing criminal activities so he thought that patroling officer knows him but he was never seen in criminal activities, he was a teenager so the police officer was consered about him. the police officer asked him whats his name ehat he was doing there and few more basic questions but Evan answered only few, Police Officer's name was Dan Shelby. Dan decided to take Evan his home, Evan had no other choice so he didnt denied, both was tired so Dan showed a room to Evan and told him to rest. tommorow when Evan woke up and walked out of his room he saw Dan was getting dressed up for his job, out of curiousity Evan asked Dan how much he earns and Dan laughed and told him the ammount he earns and Evan was impressed with the ammount and respect from this job so he asked how he can join, Dan told him he need to study for that and asked if Evan want help in study. after few years Evan graduated and now he was about to give the entrance exam for the job in LSPD, he got selected and worked hard and he didnt stopped studying so he was getting promotions and was doing good then Dan was about to get retiered so he talked with Evan and said after 5 years of marriage he got divorced and he had a son who lives with his Ex-wife and both of them are not in contact with his from a long time so he was expecting better from Evan as his owned child, Evan promised he will never look back and gonna work hard in this field than after 4 years Evan was in his late 20s and was having a good rank in Police Department. he was selected in SWAT and he was capable enough so he got promoted to Deputy Head of SWAT then after few years he decided to join Detectives Department so again he cleared the exam and did training for Detectives then since he was also studying hard he directly got selected as Head Of Detectives after few year of surving he decided to try for Deputy Chief Of Police, after a lot of hard work he got selected as Deputy Chief Of Police then he had a lot of power so he was doing his job with all the possible corruption. it was ovbious Evan grown up in ghetto doing criminal activities so he did a lot of corruption while working in Police Department, He didnt wanted to stop and had more vision in Police Department so one day he gave a tough competative exam for the position 'Chief Of Police' Evan wanted to try and he got selected and being a Chief of Police he had to be law-abiding he searved few year being as Chief without corruption but deep inside now he had a lot of reputation and respect in society but not enough money to be rich. Evan succesfully retired from being a Chief Of Police but he was still not old to be retired he got promoteed because he was a fast learner always. Evan retired from Police Department at the age of 36, so he decied to Join Federal Investigation Bureau, since he had experience of being Chief Of Police he got appointed as Deputy Director in FIB.
