After giving demands again and again the player pulling up to our Fam House to steal solars, so to scare him shot his car. Did not kill him
After giving demands he did not leave straight away, he just stood there in his car.

Rejected. After checking evidence did not give him time to leave+ gave ub demands very fast counting on purpose so punishment stays
