I hope this message finds you in good spirits. I am Rolex-Sir, a dedicated player on en 2 for a full year now. My journey has been one of passion, learning, and determination as I continually strove to make a positive impact on our server.

Twelve times, I eagerly submitted my Admin applications, driven by my unwavering commitment to our community. I knocked on the Admin's door a dozen times, hoping for that chance to serve. Then came that significant moment when I applied for Li, a role I believed was within my grasp given my dedication and experience.

However, fate had other plans, and unforeseen issues arose during this phase, which I've detailed here: Reviewed - Biased Admins | Akali Pierce and Josh Kiri . While these events may have momentarily dimmed my enthusiasm, they haven't extinguished my burning desire to contribute.

Today, I present a series of questions, not out of frustration, but as a genuine pursuit of understanding and improvement:

1. Twelve times, I have aspired to become an Admin. What specific aspects of my applications should I focus on to finally realize this aspiration?
2. My disciplinary record remains largely clean. Can you provide insights into how I can further polish my behavior and reputation to better align with the expectations of an Admin?
3. Do any lingering reservations exist about entrusting me with Admin responsibilities? I am eager to address any concerns and demonstrate my unwavering commitment to the server.
4. Are there particular skills or qualifications I should acquire to enhance my eligibility for the Admin role? Your guidance will be instrumental as I strive for personal growth.
5. If there are any other facets of my candidacy that require refinement, I pledge to tirelessly work on them. My goal is to become a reliable pillar of support for our community.

Admin has been my dream for a dozen applications, and Li was a glimpse of what could be. Despite the challenges, I remain steadfast in my pursuit of this goal. I yearn to assist new players, foster a vibrant roleplay environment, and contribute significantly to our server's continued success.
