Hello, sorry for English but i think its better to type the appeal in English than using Google translate to German.
Im waiting already multiple weeks to get an unban for this accusation of 1.6 trading with a friend i know from back to i dont know how long, I dont see why its not allowed to transfer a business to a person without an Admin just banning, when I came to the server 1st day, 1st hour of the server start, was as active as i could, playing with friends from the English server, you can see my activity went dramatically down for months, i was just getting too lazy to log into the server, doing these cars every week, so i decided to give to a person i know who needed it to get his fam started, buy some nice stuff. There was no rules you cant transfer a business to another person for the minimal price, only that you cant transfer i think 5mil or more in cash, i never did that. Now im sitting here, lost the business, cant log into the server to play with my friends, dont you think its already more than enough of punishment when we already lost sooo much ingame money, i lost my spent real money on the business probably already went on auction.
