Dear,

I have just received a ban for cheating, even though I don't have any cheats. I was just playing informally and suddenly got banned. I recorded the whole gameplay event, so I don't know the reason. Can we resolve this, because I was banned without any reason? I have no contact with cheats nor have I ever used them.
