2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1: I want to be the Leader of Bloods because i have a lot of experience in Crime. i have worked with great Leaders and Deputy. I was the Leader of my Unofficial Family and have done a lot of Crime. I have the capability to run a gang and want to make it to the top.
2: I have seen Bloods so inactive and that why i want to lead it now, make it on top and active again. I believe i will have a great leadership based on my experience. Bloods will be on top.
3: As being a Hc of a gang and Leader of my family, i think i am perfect to to lead it. Some of the gangs get disband due to server rule breaks. but i will make sure that my members will not go against the rules and which will lead them to demoted or even kicked.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization
By doing fun activities like (gun store, hostage situation, store robbery, FZ raid and many more) will make the gang active. By giving bonuses to player who have done good in event will develope a mindset in players that (they have to do there best in events and will make money). this will make members more intrested in the gang and if the members are intrested they will attend events and if we do a lot of events, obviously Leos have to participate too. This will improve RP not only from my side but also from Leos Side.

- Try to attend and win every gang activities
- Increase the criminal rate in city
- Respect every single member
