at first i flip my car then when the suspicious vehicles tires burst i cleverly maneuver in front of them avoiding a collision to evade penalties.
he does this to us in suspicious vehicles during the incident and simultaneously as the owner in SAHP and LSPD but for some reason only 2 people received fines.
