Time in bottom right show this is 1 minute before the clip that the reporter has posted.

This shows that the reporter actually initiated the shooting RP, as well as doing unrealistic behaviour by giving me 5 seconds to leave as a demand, but deciding to shoot on 2/3 seconds anyway.
