Hello Sir, so basically I came from Casino and wanted to go to chip tuning shop so I started driving slowly on opposite lane because that shop is just near casino on that lane and as you can see in my POV while I was driving on opposite lane this officer is not even present there in my POV, he didint even see me driving on opposite lane. While exiting chip tuning shop this officer showed up out of nowhere and at 00:28 when I tried to take a turn he demanded pull over and said "You came from parking and driving on opposite lane and I saw you" (and as you can see in my POV when I was driving slowly to enter chip tuning shop on that lane this officer didnt even saw me), so for what he gave me 20k fine? Please Provide POV that shows me driving on opposite lane otherwise I think this will be called as Powergaming, Thanks.
