Morgan Smart was born in London. With his father who was struggling with an alcohol addiction his younger sister Chelsea, and their mother made up his family. Morgan and Chelsea frequently took the brunt of their father's verbal abuse at home. Morgan's mother survived this trying circumstance for years, but she realised she had to shield her kids from the dangerous surroundings. Morgan's mother was the one who eventually decided to flee their terrible life in London. So they moved to Los Santos. Morgan found Los Santos to be a city full with options. As he got older, he developed a growing fascination for law enforcement and had the aspiration to join the Los Santos Sheriff's Department as a trooper.
Career story:
Although Morgan Smart started off as a rookie, he was hoping for much more. His street name is "Voight". He was able to get the respect of gang members thanks to his alter identity. He advanced through the ranks until he was appointed Chief of Staff of Intelligence. In the underworld of Los Santos, "Voight" evolved into more than just a name. His legacy is a testament to how far one will go to safeguard justice and defend the city. As "Voight" advanced through the ranks and performed admirably in his capacity as Chief of Staff of Intelligence, a suspicion grew about him. Although he was widely regarded as a committed officer, there were rumours that he might have been involved in questionable activities within the department. Many thought Voight had formed covert relationships with some of the most renowned criminals in the city. However, there was no hard proof to back up these allegations.
