I did a forum for State rule 5.5 | LSPD link .Iso Marine took that forum and after checking that forum He gave the decision

ID 112821 will be punished for GR 6.4
Will not punish LSPD for State Rule 5.5 as it's only 1 person

So as per State Rule It doesn't matter how many people are there and if anyone break the state rule that will be a punisment for Org.

So Iso's decision is clearly wrong As per State rule 5.5 because he is saying that "Will not punish LSPD for State Rule 5.5 as it's only 1 person"
