After people came to our family home and tried to steal panels, they were unable to take the panels and then sat in front of the Family home. 7957 people with ID are family members of these people.

Rejected. No evidence provided from your side if those two people were involved from the beginning which I do not see. You cannot just go outside and kill them since do not see them being involved 87904, 36466 so will not unpunish+ demands which you gave to them were not even given properly.
