I received a warning even though there was no proof posted on the forum post, only a link to YouTube. If the game assistant who reported me can't show his POV due to being assistant admin, then there is no proof and they shouldn't just be taking him at his word about what I did only because he is an assistant admin. I would like my warning removed because I feel that there is no proof to support his claim, and he is retaliating against me OOC by getting me a warn with no proof for me wanting to get a subpoena on him with the Military Court, getting me a warning to avoid rp even though he said ICly he wants to rp it through the military court. The admin who approved it either didn't care about proof, didn't actually check it, or the admin assistant used Discord to provide POV so he doesn't have to show the forum. Either way, this can lead to an abuse of power by assistant admins, making false claims and getting people banned/warn just to target them because they do not like somebody. I am not saying that Jay may have acted with the intent to target me, but by letting Vision not have to show evidence he is setting a bad precedent for other game assistants and showing unaccountability. If Jay Verlice did in fact receive proof via dms due to admin info, then I would like that to be confirmed here.

I have nothing against any of the people involved. I simply just want the same justice applied to everyone equally. Thank you for reading my appeal and thank you for your time.

After reviewing admin's assistant POV admin took the correct decision. LEOs asked you to show your ID to them, they didn't ask you to show your passport, so you must provide your ID in this situation.​
