To all administrators:
I have a complaint about the ban
I am new to the server. I did not know that exchanging money was prohibited. I asked my friend to lend me money in the hope that I would return it to him in the future.
But I was banned for 60 days.
I hope you will understand our position and forgive us, and we promise to not repeat this matter again.
We demand that the ban be lifted or that the penalty be reduced to at least 15 days
