Approved VDM on EMS | 8416

I was training with 5 new trainees this guy decides he will ram us and try to VDM.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 8416 will receive a punishment for VDM
• VDM upon an EMS Employee will not be tolerated.
