Life Story:
Hatake Kakashii has a very dark sided story as he was born in a criminal and poor neighbourhood in the slums of Mumbai. He use to be surrounded in criminal activities as his parents use to work for a mafia gang which use to organise terrorist activities in the city. When Hatake was only 4 years old his parents decided to migrate to the city of los Santos, since they were seen in criminal activities they were not able to get permission to migrate so his parents decided to illegally migrate in the city. As Hatake's parents were trying to cross the border they got caught by some of LSPD officers, as they tried to run away they were trapped in a crossfire and were shot dead, 4 years old Hatake saw all this happening in front of his eyes which had terrified him, later on Hatake was send to an orphan camp were he spend his childhood later on when he grew up he asked his orphan caretaker about his parents and what happened to them, the caretaker told him the tragic incident which happened with his parents, he was devastated and he immediately made decision to join LSPD and take his revenge.
Career Story:
After completing his graduation Hatake try to see if he could get onboard with LSPD, he was successfully hired, he has now slowly, surely patiently worked his way up in the org, now he is giving out orders instead of taking them, he plans to continue to work very hard to achieve more of what he wants, and will not hesitate to take any more promotions, and will not let anything distract him from his goals. But now after almost 2 years of serving as a good officer now he has got hunger of money and because of his parents death which happened in when a officer unlawfully openfired at his parents which caused their death.
His anger is increasing for revange and now he is thinking about putting his job at by being a corrupt officer.
Outcomes:
1- Hatake can use/carry illegal weapons and items on- and off-duty (can't use org items off duty unless a undercover mission)
2- Hatake can engage in any criminal activities while on or off duty (this includes robbing people off-duty and ghetto killing)
3- Hatake can brake any state law weather on or off-duty
(Firearm law, CCOP, Penal code,etc.)
4- Hatake can lie about calling a lawyer or refuse to call a lawyer.
5- Hatake can take bribes (upto 100k)
6- Hatake can finds anyone's bodycam and is able to distory it. (Only by using /try to find bodycam (only 2 times per situation) and /do destroy bodycam)
7- Hatake can release, reduce fine and prison time of any family member and friends (1 per day)
8- Hatake can take illegal items from 10-15s rather than confiscating it.
9- Hatake can sell, buy or trade any illegal weapons while on or off duty
