The punishment you gave me it's totally worng. We were doing Ammo run and I was leading the convey there was 3 trucks, Somehow 3rd truck got headache or maybe black magic as he said in the radio so I was slowing down my truck and this guy just passed way me. You can hear that I have him radio calls 3 times to stop for the last truck. And when I was trying to go infront of him. It was he who was ramming me all the time. You have give him the Punishment for CR and also Provoking (As I don't know at the time was his radio turned on or off if it was On then it's a provoking and also Violence of Etchis as per Civil Code)
