Hello John, my fam war pov link was not working for which i ended up getting banned for event rule 1.7 and I was not aware that my link was not working. Event rule states player must hold pov for 48 hours and I was banned within 24 hours. I have provided my complete pov of the event below. Thank you for your time.

ps . our family got punished for this and got a warning which is unfair, it was a mistake on my end which my family shouldn't be punished at all , also ER 1.7 states player should hold pov for 48 so im confused why i am banned for that when it is not even 48hr? i would really appreciate it if you could reconsider this as it was not Intenational.
