You can hear me say in his POV "I'm collecting your debt, thank you". I have seen threads where an admin says "you need to say I'm collecting your debt" to someone who didn't say anything so that's what I say. I'm not sure if me saying I'm collecting your debt wasn't heard or because I kinda took it as I was finishing talking and hadn't completely finished talking so maybe that's enough.
