1. i will make a proper ranking system and will assign ranks carefully so there will be no favoritism in the org and everyone will get rank that they deserve
2. i will make sure my gang members attend events and turfs regularly so we maintain dominance everywhere ,
3.I think we can make the role-playing better in our group by doing more things with other groups. I'll make friends with other gangs to become stronger.
4. I'll give rewards and bonuses to those who are active and helpful in the gang. I'll do this three days a week to keep people motivated.
5. I'll make sure the people I invite to the gang know the rules.
6.The gang leader should talk to the gang members regularly. We'll discuss how things are going and promote those who are doing well and are active.
