Hi I am making this because my twink was hit for 1.1 General Rule mistakenly

1. No one's hacked account or been on my twink
2. Switched living areas after 1+ year being at the same place (IP address change)
3. Locked out of original steam account and I think my Rockstar. (5+ months ago)
4. Use new copy of GTA on Epic Games now (5+ months ago)

I filled this out for the third time and I fixed the title for the ban i dont know what else you want me to do, im not just aimlessly submitting wrong forums lol
