Today, I was banned for GR 5.3. I never insulted any admin on the Grand RP Discord or game server.

When I asked for the reason behind this ban, I checked the forum and found no complaints against me. The banning administrator told me it was because of a comment I made in a closed group against an admin. My comment was made on 2023-07-30 in a closed chat group on Discord, which was maintained by an ex-family member at that time.

The admin who banned me had access to that chat because he was also part of our family. I made that comment because I was previously punished by Jessica for an RP situation at the subs. I was playing the role of a fake police officer at the subs even though I wasn't part of any organization. The admin who banned me for this four-month-old comment also had access to our private family channel because he was a family member and had Discord roles at that time.

I would like Mazhor to investigate this complaint and make a proper decision because I feel like I'm being targeted for a past RP situation for which I've already been punished.

I want to mention that I have never publicly expressed my opinion on any GRAND RP Discord chat or any other server chats because I usually avoid arguing with admins. However, back then, I was upset with the admin's decision, and four months ago, I expressed my opinion in the closed family chat Discord group. The admin who banned me today was trusted back then because he was part of the family and had roles and access to the closed family chat. I was already punished for the same RP situation, and today, I'm facing punishment again for the same comment made in a closed chat group. I'd like to know if it's fair to be punished multiple times for the same reason, once for the RP situation and then again five months later for commenting on the closed chat group. It's also concerning if I can be punished for other RP situations if the same admin who was trusted to see the closed chat group decides to issue another ban on me.

I want to mention that I'm seeking media status and have my own YouTube channel. I have also promoted this server to many people. I have great respect for this project because I see a lot of content and fun RP in it.

The admin told me that he doesn't check our old family chats and doesn't punish for them. Supposedly, someone reported me, but I could not find any complaints against me on the forum because they do not exist.

I think it's at least unfair and intrusive into one's personal life if an admin saves comments made while they were part of our family and uses them later, like after four months, to punish ex-family members. This raises concerns because after a year, I could be punished for posting an appeal on the forum for the same thing if some of my text does not appear respectful.

I am trying to engage in proper RP, but sometimes, admin decisions make no sense. Why save comments from a private family chat and punish someone months later, especially when there have been ongoing RP situations?

Regarding General Rule 5.3, I am aware of the punishment. I know I have not disrespected any admin in a public way for at least four months, as far as I can remember, and I have never disrespected any admin in a public way. I might have expressed my opinion about some admins, but only in our family's private chats, which are not accessible to other players.

Mazhor, please review my complaint, and could you reach out to me on VC? I would like to provide some screenshots that are not suitable for public viewing. I don't understand why I am being targeted by this admin, who is an ex-family member.

There are many past comments regarding various admin decisions in our private group chat, and if the same admin has copied them all, I want to make sure that none of the other family members will be victimized, which could potentially violate the European freedom of expression and freedom of information act. In this situation, it was a comment in a closed group, and it did not involve insulting any admin in any public chats, channels, and so on.

The thing's you have said about Alex ODD (Deputy Chief of Admins EN1) are so disgusting which include other admins such as Jessica in such sexual ways that should not be talked about at all. It doesn't matter if it was in closed friend group, the screenshots were sent to us by players through discord DMs. This ban was also approved by Alex ODD to be banned from all GRP Discords and IC Punishment too. All Proofs will forwarded to Mazhor as well. Have a great rest of your day. People always get punished for disrespect admins either in open chat or closed chats doesn't matter. As people in the past have been punished for this also. (P.S. At the moment ban for 60 days its considered long term one. And please stop targeting me on Lifeinvader also as it have nothing to do. At the moment i only trust Mazhor and only he can take proper decision against that targeting.

Im sorry for double post but let me to edit that. You knew well about that private comment 4 months ago and did nothing and sudenly now you and your friend keep targeting our family. Roles been removed so no more targeting will be appear for old comments on our family discord channel. You have to be equal punisher for everyone best in your way let other admin decide. I hope Mazhor will ask screenshoot of so called friend message to you and ask why you not take actions 4 months ago. To be honest comments in our private group should be private and its not admin disrespect or harashment as we never do that public way. Even if you get access to my private SMS you cant use that legally as proof as you not judge. If looking by this server rules i dont think i violated GR 5.3 as it have to do publicly, privately to admin or in any way or form similar to that. I suspect not all your discord private messages nice but it have nothing to do width gameplay or RP. I understand you had problems width some our current and ex family members but targeting players and punishing them not stops from writing opinion about that admins in not nice way. I ask to stop punishing for old comments like 4 months or one year old. No one doing any rule braking right now. If you had problems width my comments 4 months ago or your friend Mouse had any problems you needed to approach properly and not use higher admin powers to punish us. It not looks good.

I have right by law and dont see any bad in posting bad looking comment about one or another admin in private discord chat. Unless Mazhor tells otherise. Because i will always agree width him. why would you issue a refund? you broke very obvious server rules and because of that you feel it’s fair to go against the projects terms and issue a false chargeback?

Ban reason illegaly leaked 4 months private comment about two admins. Its my private data who was sent to few peoples only on the family. Refund only for 3 months because i will loose certain digital goods and services i will not receive. I never disrespected any admin public or on their own system. We live not in North Korea and i have right in my own opinion betwean family friends. Yes i was angry for certain understandable reasons and made that comment in close friend discord group. Its not reason for 60 day ban. What about refund if you pay for certain services and you not get em you good to get refund also if you loose certain digital goods doesnt always means what admins always right. This is why i want project owners attention.

If i steal your 4 months old message and use against you to ban you and to destroy your ordered services then you have right to bring me to court. You cant even use my own personal picture without my premission here in Baltic States not talking about private data who not used on grand rp company discord server or game server itself. If i would post on grand rp that bad message im sorry for than yes i agree i broke that rule or even ingame. Its not propper message for shure and im sorry for it but.

Example: We talk about grand rp on my private discord server and we not agree on event. You fill complaint about me asking you remove POV and telling i am terrorizing you. If its not on GRAND RP discord server or game it not counts as rule brake. It have to happen on GRAND RP discord or server itself. Admins mentioned that on many appeals.

At this time i was banned for illegaly copied my personal picture and text who not was posted on GRAND RP discord or servers. If its not on grand rp its not rule braking.

This is why im asking for Mazhor because he created that rules and he understands them.
