2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -> I want to be the leader of National Guard because I want introduce more rp in NG and I know how to lead a organisation as I have been 4x deputy in state side and crime side so I have pretty good experience back on my back so I can handle everything like currently I am handling all the department basically in FIB so I know basically know how to handle a organisation.
2 -> I want to make NG not just a military but make it like a family so we respect each over and under each over so we be professional as possible if my senior staff see this happening then will be serious action so all state org with be serious but the same time awesome RP
3 -> our HRT team will be always active so we have many units we can offer to state organisation for candy runs and scripted events but we will hire quality not quantity so we can always improve the RP in the City and the HRT will choose the soldier of the week will get a 150k bonus and 2nd and 3rd and we will do ceremony.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 -> we will do very cool events, i would like to implement a event that we do off-road patrol so we go on the mountains and we will have checkpoints and we will get snipes so we will see any animals or any suspects showing threat
2 -> we will have more RP in ng like if a state leader or deputy want to have a meet the unit need to indetify the unit with id and shearch him for any items that can be a threat to the general.
3 -> the special task military force will have the most RP in the org as its gonna have hard training push ups, running, shooting, getting punched in the stomach and will do a 1V1 with the spec ops department in FIB so the NG org has as much RP as possible.
