i got punished for RDM by Masta Killa without forum thread, but the guy i killed gave me demands already. here is proof:

after he give me demands, we are allowed to shoot eachother. and it dosnt matter if it is on distance or close range.
and if i step out of the car while he give me demands, he will kill me when i do the open door animation, because he is always counting super fast. so ofc i go behind container, this is normal
