Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 15234 will receive a punishment for not wearing 51% gang color.

During any gang activities one must wear 51% gang colors. The three categories are shoes, pants, shirt. 2 out of 3 of those items MUST be your gang color. Bandanas, masks, backpacks, etc do not count toward the 51%​
