I am writing to appeal my ban from the game. I was banned on July 20, 2023, for GR 1.3 for scamming in beach market.
I just mistakenly added one more 9(digit) to the prices of the stuff that I was trying to sell on beach market. Besides, as a human-being we are not capable of being perfect. Right after I set my shoping stal, the game got connection lost even tho I didnt make any money. Then I am asking you that if I didnt manage to make profit by scaming people how would I get a perma ban because of scamming. I didnt attempt to scam anyone and according to me that is a unfair decision to ban someone without warning me because their is not anyone who would be considered as victim because of my tiny mistake.If you want , you can check my account. On the other hand, I have made a few research on forums alike my case and I figured out that none of players who made same mistake have recieved perma ban. In addition, I have been playing this game for a long time and have always been a loyal player. Addition to that, my account has never received a warning. It could have been a fair decision if I got a mild punishment such as warning or etc. I kindly ask you to review my case because this much strict punishment gives me a pain specially after being a part of your community for such a long time.
