i replaced the cocaine effect file with gta vanilla file, and its the same louis pack you use in ur clands montage, this is literally just the louis redux pack with a few changes i did myself which was only the Map Border on the bottom left and 3 gun files which was revolver, carbine AR and sawed-off shotgun, i tested it against normal gta aswell and its the same if u wanna see it, if this is illegal then everyone else who also used louis pack has to also change it. but i dont believe it is otherwise so many wouldnt be using it, i just dont know why the admins say the cocaine effect is illegal even though it isnt
ps. im also ready for pc check if u have doubts
